NOTICES
To all conference participants,
1. Registration Fees information: Full package fee $500 in Samoan Dollars; this fee covers all conference activities and social functions. Observers Fee: $80 Samoan Dollars per day to attend scientific conference . Opening Cocktail Function hosted by the Minister of Health on Monday Night is $50 per head. The Island Night Party is free for all participant, Island Tour on the last day is $30 per head.
2. Registration Process. -Registration opens on Sunday 3rd September 2006, 2pm at the entrance of the Conference Venue. There will be bank facilities available provided for by the Westpac Bank for those who wish to pay registration by credit card/visa card etc. Otherwise for those who wish to do a telegraphic transfer of funds the following guide is stated as follows: Plse go to a Westpac Bank.

3. Kava Ceremony-This traditional welcome ceremony will be conducted on Saturday 2nd September 2006, at the Samoan Nurses Hall, Motootua at around mid'day. So if you are here by then this activity is made especially for you. Please do join us and enjoy our traditional 'faaausi dish' served following the ceremony.
4. Please send names of delegates and observers immediately for the conference committee to organise conference packages for everyone, as well as the need to confirm accomodations.
